1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing or using the Indirimbo Zikundwa app (the “app”) or this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the app or site.

2. The service

Indirimbo Zikundwa is a free application that lets you read, search and share Christian hymns offline. It is offered at no cost and without any in-app purchases, subscriptions or advertising.

3. Open-source licence

The application’s source code is released under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify and distribute the code under that licence. The MIT licence covers the application code only — not the hymn texts.

4. Hymn content & sources

The hymns are drawn from various public-domain hymnals and remain the work of their respective authors. Indirimbo Zikundwa is an independent reader: it is not the official application of any single hymnal or publisher, and is not affiliated with any organization. If you believe any content has been included in error, please contact us so we can review it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the app and site lawfully and respectfully. In particular, you agree not to:

6. No warranty

The app and site are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any particular hymn or feature will always be available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the authors and copyright holders shall not be liable for any claim, damages or other liability — whether in contract, tort or otherwise — arising from or in connection with the app, the site, or their use.

8. Trademarks & affiliation

Indirimbo Zikundwa is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. or Google LLC. “App Store”, “iOS”, “Android” and “Google Play” are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to indicate platform availability.

9. Third-party services & links

The app and site may link to third-party resources (such as GitHub). We are not responsible for the content, policies or availability of those external services.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app or site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Contact
